The flagship product of SamePage is an Internet-accessed, interactive environment called SkyClientTM. SamePage clients are front-office sales, marketing, and customer service professionals who sign-on to SkyClient and conduct most of their daily sales, transactional, and data-mining activity throughout each workday. Simultaneously, SamePage integrates transactions with clientsÕ enterprise computer systems using separate, secure Internet channels. While clients are on-line, SamePage personnel interact with them and provide numerous services that facilitate successful execution of CRM principles such as software customizations, data mining, report writing, literature fulfillment, software coaching, database administration, and more. |

| As an Internet-based application service provider (ASP), SamePage utilizes state-of-the-art computer and software systems hosted at headquarters and at tier-one co-hosting facilities. Headquarters are located in Northeast Ohio and integration / sales offices are planned for five major Midwestern markets by the end of 2000. | |
