BUSINESS
Changing Paradigms is a fast-growing manufacturer and marketer of private label surface cleaning and air freshener products. Its core objective is to become the leading store/value brand supplier in its chosen product segments to the top twenty trade retailers within the food, mass merchandiser, club store and specialty retailer channels of distribution. The CompanyŐs utilizes its superior formulation/fragrance and quality assurance expertise to produce its products with highly focused, quality-driven contract manufacturers.
MANAGEMENT
The management team is highly experienced and has a proven record of success with a combined 100+ years of industry experience in the consumer products business. ManagementŐs prior affiliations with branded product manufacturers include Procter & Gamble, Quaker Oats, Chiquita Brands International and Drackett.

PRODUCTS

Changing Paradigms markets and distributes a variety of store brand household products including air fresheners (scented candles, electric refills and sprays), glass cleaners, hard surface cleaners and laundry additives. The CompanyŐs core objective is to become the leading store/value brand supplier in its three chosen product segments: (i) air fresheners; (ii) household cleaning products and (iii) laundry additives.
OPERATIONS
Changing Paradigms has established strategic alliances with five key manufacturing companies. In coordination with its manufacturers, Changing Paradigms has designed, procured, and installed the latest in high speed filling and packaging equipment.
EMPLOYEES

Changing Paradigms has approximately 15 full-time employees located at its headquarters in Westchester, Ohio, just north of Cincinnati.
